Brian has over 25 years of experience as a Project Manager in the heavy civil construction industry, with nearly 15 of those years dedicated to geosynthetics. He specializes in managing large, complex projects from bid through completion, combining technical knowledge and field-tested experience to deliver results on time and within budget. Known for his clear communication and disciplined approach, Brian ensures every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Kitt brings nearly 30 years of experience in geosynthetics, spanning roles in sales, project management, estimating, and manufacturing. Bruce brings over 30 years of experience in geosynthetics and heavy civil construction. He has led the installation of more than 50 million square feet of liner systems across landfills, wastewater lagoons, stormwater facilities, and energy projects throughout North America. With extensive expertise in HDPE, LLDPE, GCL, fuel-resistant, and reinforced liners, he is regarded as one of the most versatile and knowledgeable field leaders in the industry. Bruce is known for his ability to manage large, complex crews while maintaining strict safety standards and exceptional quality control.
